BSR-RPI 2015 – Demographic Potential

Demographic potential 2015 for the Baltic Sea Region (BSR)

Map Facts

This map shows the results of the 2015 Baltic Sea Region – Regional Potential Index (BSR-RPI) for the theme Demographic Potential. Demographic Potential is one of three potentials that make up the BSR-RPI, and includes four indicators: population density, net migration rate, demography dependency rate and female ratio. The largest urban areas of the BSR stand out on the map as having the strongest demographic potential, with the exception of the capital city regions of the three Baltic States.
