The report Fiscal Frameworks and Fiscal Sustainability in the Nordics was launched via a webinar on Friday the 3rd of April. The report was commissioned by the Nordic Council of Ministers and written by Lars Calmfors.
Timothy Heleniak of Nordregio provided a background note and Nordregio organised the webinar launch. The topic is highly relevant as the issue of fiscal frameworks and public finances have come into new light due to the current outbreak of Covid-19. The report was written before the outbreak, but the recorded presentation and panels shed light on the issue.
