The Nordic Arctic region as such has a bit lower share of the main productive age group, 25-54 years, than rest of the Nordic Countries. The largest share of population in the age group 25-54 years can be found in and around regional centres whereas the lowest shares can be found in rural inland municipalities in Finland and Sweden.
